We live in a time where we have more conveniences than ever before. We should have tons of extra leisure time. Why is it that there seem to be so many people suffering from stress and anxiety? If you google stress, you usually get sites about meditation and yoga. No one seems to really be talking about it so here I am….talking about it.

If you are suffering from stress…believe me, you’re not alone. My own journey has not been without its hiccups. I’ve tried lots of things but now I’m trying a full year of www.yogaia.com. I’ve promised to do at least one session of yogaia every single day for a whole year. Crazy? Maybe but if it helps me get rid of this accursed stress, I’m all for it.
